Regional Service Manager

Job Description

MRM is seeking a proactive and experienced Service Manager to oversee roofing programs within a regional portfolio. You’ll lead technician teams, ensure service quality, and build relationships with property managers across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service work, scheduling, and logistics

  • Perform QA checks and ensure warranty compliance

  • Manage client relationships and service expectations

  • Use CRM and reporting tools to track service delivery

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in managing commercial field teams

  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems and CAM budgeting

  • Excellent communicator and problem solver

  • Able to travel regionally as needed
