Asset Program Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Job Description

This is a great starting role for someone looking to enter the facilities or commercial property space. As an Asset Program Coordinator, you’ll support our clients by managing roofing data, scheduling maintenance reminders, and preparing reports for property managers and REITs.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update roof asset information into our system

  • Coordinate routine inspections and follow-ups

  • Prepare reports for client review

  • Communicate with service teams and vendors

Required Skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Basic knowledge of facilities or property terms is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
